Coaching is proven to be the most cost effective and time efficient means of enabling people to become inspirational and effective leaders. Coaching facilitates discovery of unique skills and abilities and this enhances performance in various ways.
We offer a range of coaching programmes including leadership coaching and coaching for high performance.
The programmes include an initial assessment session, followed by between six and eight sessions generally over a six month period. This allows sufficient time for reflection between sessions and the opportunity to follow through on actions.
We provide email/telephone support between sessions.
We usually meet with the sponsor to ensure clarity about our coaching services and how they relate to the objectives of the organisation.
In this meeting as well as the coaching objectives, we also agree the systems we will use to measure progress during and after the coaching programme.
